Ceramic Embossed CN backed Natural Rubber Strip Lagging
Ceramic Embossed CN backed Natural Rubber Strip Lagging provides extremely high positive drive between the pulley & the conveyor belt under conditions beyond the capacity of normal rubber lagging.
Key features:
- Very high levels of resistance to abrasion – up to 10 times the life of rubber.
- Improved coefficient of friction means less tension required.
- Significantly reduced occurrence of belt slippage in wet conditions.
- Increased protection of pulley shell from wear leading to early failure.
- Can be applied in-situ.
Ceramic Embossed CN backed Rubber Strip Pulley Lagging is supplied with a CN bonding layer which affords the product an extremely good adhesive quality when used in combination with our recommended adhesive system.
